Welcome

Antelope is a covenant-controlled community consisting of 118 properties in Centennial, Colorado. Each custom-built home sits on 2.3 acres of land and is considered to be close-in country living within the Cherry Creek School District. Horses are welcomed and encouraged in Antelope where several riding and walking trails are offered for property owners.

SB100 Policies and Procedures

Board of Directors’ meetings are held quarterly on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00p. Board Meetings are held at Creekside Elementary School.

We encourage you to attend, ask questions, and participate in what’s happening in your community. Volunteers are always welcome!

Covenant and Rule Enforcement Policy and Procedure

Collection Policy and Procedure

A new collection policy was voted in and adapted by the Board of Directors as of 12/19/2024. The adapted policy can be viewed by clicking HERE.


Complaint Policy

Residents who have a complaint about the community or a neighbor in particular, please review the Covenant and Rule Enforcement Policy Click Here for instructions on how to file a complaint to the Board.


Trash Service

Antelope Residents’ trash/waste services are included in your POA yearly dues and paid for through the POA. To sign up for trash services, please send an email request to Mail@Antelopepoa.com.

Did you know that Waste Connections has an App that allows you to receive garbage and recycling schedules and reminders for Waste Connections, view your garbage and recycling schedule, and receive collection notifications all from within the app. Click HERE and scroll to the bottom of their web page to download the app for either Apple or Android.
